Look at the math, not the sticker price. Pro at ₹1,500 / month works out to ₹4,500 per quarter. Ultimate at ₹3,500 per quarter is ₹3,500 per quarter. Ultimate is literally cheaper than Pro by ₹1,000 every 3 months, and you get Dual AI verification, unlimited stealth ChatGPT, privacy mode, and 10 more sessions on top.

If you're paying for AceCopilot at all, paying ₹1,000 less to get more is the rational choice. Pro only makes sense if you genuinely will use the product for less than 3 months.

What is "Dual AI" and why does it matter?

Two AI models answer the same question in parallel. The first one gives you a fast answer in under a second. The second one independently double-checks and refines it. You see both answers — so when the fast model is wrong, the verifier catches it before you say something incorrect on a live call.

Pro gives you one answer and you hope it's right. Ultimate gives you a fact-check.

What does "unlimited stealth ChatGPT & Claude" actually mean?

It's a private window built into AceCopilot that's completely invisible to screen-share software. Your interviewer cannot see it even if they ask you to share your full screen. Inside that window, you get unlimited use of ChatGPT, Claude, and the open web. You can pull up your notes, look up a concept, or ask a follow-up question — they see nothing on their end.

This is the single most-requested feature from our users, and the most expensive to operate, which is why it's in Ultimate only.

What is "Privacy mode" and when do I need it?

Privacy mode does the entire transcription on your own computer. Your microphone audio is converted to text locally and never sent to our servers, never sent to any cloud transcription provider, never logged anywhere. Only the text question goes to the AI for an answer. The audio itself never leaves your machine.

When you need it: confidential interviews (legal, medical, finance), sales calls under NDA, or simply if you don't want any cloud company to ever touch a recording of your meetings. Free and Pro use cloud transcription (encrypted and transient, but it does pass through our servers). Privacy mode is Ultimate only.

Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. From your account settings or by emailing support@acecopilot.ai. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No prorated refunds for partial periods (industry standard), but new Ultimate buyers get a 24-hour no-questions-asked refund window if you change your mind. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
What payment methods work?
All Indian payment methods through Razorpay: credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking, and Indian wallets. International cards work on Razorpay's standard rates.
What if my interviewer notices?
AceCopilot runs as a private window that the major meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) cannot see in screen share. It does not modify or interfere with the meeting platform itself, so you remain in compliance with platform terms. However, you are responsible for following the policies of the meeting, your employer, or the academic body. See Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service for details.
Will my price change at renewal?
No. Your subscription renews at the price you signed up for. If we raise prices for new customers, you stay on your current price. If we ever do change pricing for existing customers, we give 30 days' written notice and you can cancel before the new price applies.
