How does the 10-calls-per-month guarantee actually work?
10 calls is the monthly floor, not the target — most candidates land 12-18 in a strong month. We log every contact in real time and share the running total every Friday. If month-N count is under 10, that month gets extended free. If the 90-day total falls below 30 calls/references/interview opportunities, we refund the full ₹5,000 — no clauses, no escalation chain, no minimum-activity loopholes.
What if you take my money and ghost me?
Fair concern — this category has earned that fear. Three things protect you. (1) Your dedicated team’s name, WhatsApp number, and email are shared on day 1 — you can text them directly any time. What kind of companies do you actually place candidates at?

What if I get hired in month 1 — do I still pay full?
Yes — ₹5,000 is the fixed program fee. Most candidates value continued pipeline through their notice period anyway (in case the offer falls through), so the team keeps working unless you ask us to pause. The guarantee continues to apply. No additional fees ever.
How is this different from Naukri Premium, LinkedIn Premium, or AI auto-apply tools?
