AceCopilot is a real-time meeting copilot. When you're in a high-stakes conversation — a job interview, a sales call, a customer demo — it transcribes what's being said, understands the question behind it, and quietly puts a useful answer on your screen before you have to scramble for one.
It runs alongside Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It does not modify or inject into the meeting platform. It is a separate, private companion that lives on your device.
Why this exists
Most professionals get one chance. One interview slot. One demo with the lead. One walkthrough with the customer who's about to churn. The cost of forgetting an example, blanking on a number, or mishearing the question is the entire outcome.
The traditional response to that pressure is "prepare more." But preparation has limits. You cannot anticipate every question. You cannot retain every fact. And in the moment, you are not at your sharpest — you are nervous, distracted, and worried about the camera angle.
AceCopilot is built around a simple bet: if you have a calm, accurate, well-informed assistant in the room with you, you do better. Not because the assistant takes over. Because it removes the cliff. You stop spending your attention on "what was that data point" and start spending it on the conversation.
What we believe
Privacy is not a marketing word. Your meetings contain things that are nobody else's business. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your data. On Pro and Ultimate desktop tiers, our offline transcription engine processes audio entirely on your device — nothing transmitted, nothing stored on our servers, nothing logged. Read the Privacy Policy — it's specific.
You own your time. Subscriptions cancel anytime. No retention dark patterns. No 12-month contracts disguised as "monthly billing." No emails begging you to come back. If we are not earning the next month, we should not get it.
The right tool is invisible until you need it. AceCopilot does not nag. It does not pop up. It does not announce itself. When you have a question on your screen, it gives you an answer. When you don't, it shuts up. That is the entire interaction model.
India can build world-class software. We are a small operation, built and operated from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra. Our pricing is in rupees. Our support is in your timezone. We do not pretend to be based somewhere we're not.
Who's behind it
AceCopilot is built and operated by Shubham T., an independent software engineer based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India.
Shubham started AceCopilot in late 2025 after running into the same problem too many times: high-stakes online conversations where the right answer was sitting in his notes, but the conversation was moving faster than he could find it. The first version was a personal tool. After enough friends and colleagues asked for access, it became a product.
The current version is the result of several months of focused engineering — including a custom on-device transcription pipeline, a screen-share-invisible Electron desktop app, and a real-time question-detection layer that decides when to surface an answer versus stay quiet.
We are not venture-funded. We are not a hundred-person team. We are one engineer who ships, listens to users, and ships again.
What we are not
- We are not a "cheat on everything" product. We do not market AceCopilot for academic dishonesty, for examinations where AI assistance is prohibited, or for breaking your employer's rules. You are responsible for using AceCopilot in compliance with the policies of the meeting, the platform, the institution, and the jurisdiction you are in. See Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service for details.
- We are not a recording or surveillance tool. Audio is processed for transcription and discarded. Session recording is opt-in, off by default, and deleted within 30 days when enabled.
- We are not selling your data to advertisers, recruiters, employers, or any third party. We have not, do not, and will not.
