Is AceCopilot really invisible during screen share?
Yes. We've tested on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and others. AceCopilot runs as a separate window that the meeting platform's screen-capture API cannot see — the interviewer sees only your normal screen, even when sharing the entire desktop.
How is this only ₹3,500 when competitors charge ₹12,000+?
Two reasons: (1) we're built and operated from India, so we don't have US-tier infrastructure costs or VC pressure to raise prices; (2) we're an independent shop, not a venture-funded company optimising for ARR. Our prices reflect what the product costs to run, not what the market will bear.
Does my data get used to train AI?
No. Your audio, transcripts, and AI conversations are never used to train any model — ours or our providers'. Read the full Privacy Policy. On Ultimate's Privacy mode, audio never even leaves your computer.
What if my interviewer notices?
AceCopilot does not modify or interfere with the meeting platform itself, so you remain technically compliant with platform terms. However, you are responsible for following the policies of the meeting, your employer, or your academic body. See Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your account settings or by emailing support@acecopilot.ai. You keep access until the end of your current period. New Ultimate buyers get a 24-hour no-questions-asked refund window. Full Refund Policy.
What payment methods work in India?
All Indian payment methods through Razorpay: credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking, and Indian wallets. Most US-based competitors only accept international cards.
