macOS support is coming in v1.0.1. For now, AceCopilot runs on Windows 10 and 11. We'll announce macOS availability on our homepage and to all Free-tier users by email.
From download to your first AI answer in about 2 minutes. Here's what to do.
Your browser will save AceCopilot-Setup-1.0.0.exe to your Downloads folder. The file is 132 MB and may take 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on your connection.
Open your Downloads folder and double-click AceCopilot-Setup-1.0.0.exe. Windows may show a brief "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" prompt — click Yes.
Windows is extra careful with new apps it hasn't seen many times yet. You may see a blue popup that says "Windows protected your PC." This is just a routine check.
What to do: Click "More info", then click the "Run anyway" button that appears. The installer will start.
The installer wizard opens. The default settings work for most users — just keep clicking Next. A few things worth knowing:
· No admin password is needed — it installs to your user folder.
· You'll get a Desktop shortcut and a Start Menu entry, both labelled AceCopilot.
· The app launches automatically when the installer finishes.
AceCopilot opens to a sign-in screen. Use the same email + password from your AceCopilot account on this website. Free-tier users get 3 sessions per month immediately. Ultimate users see all 6 features unlocked.
Some antivirus tools are extra cautious with newly-released apps and may flag the installer the first time. The file is safe — try these steps:
1. Make sure the file finished downloading completely
2. Add an exception for AceCopilot-Setup-1.0.0.exe in your antivirus settings, then re-run the installer
3. If you're not sure how to add an exception, search your antivirus name plus "add file exception" for instructions
4. Once the install completes, the warning won't appear again

AceCopilot doesn't watch your screen or capture other apps on your computer. It only listens to the audio of meetings you've started a session in — and only while that session is active.
We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your conversations. Ultimate users can turn on Privacy mode to keep audio entirely on their own device — nothing leaves your computer.
AceCopilot lives in your system tray (bottom-right of the taskbar). Right-click for quick actions and Settings.
Show or hide the answer panel, mute audio, and other quick actions are bound to keyboard shortcuts. View the full list and customise them inside the app's Settings.
On first launch, Windows will ask for microphone access. AceCopilot needs this to transcribe meeting audio. Click Yes.
You can uninstall AceCopilot at any time from Windows Settings → Apps. Your account on this website stays active.
