Before you write

A few things that help us help you faster:

  • Mention your account email if your question is about your account or a payment.
  • Describe what you were doing when something broke — the steps to reproduce a bug are the single most useful thing in any bug report.
  • Attach a screenshot or screen recording if relevant. Visuals beat paragraphs.
  • Tell us your operating system and app version for desktop-app issues.

For sales enquiries, partnerships, or press, write to hello@acecopilot.ai with a brief note about what you have in mind. We're a small team and we read everything, but we may not be able to respond to every sales pitch.


A note on what we cannot help with

  • Outcomes of interviews, examinations, or sales calls. AceCopilot is a tool that assists you in real time — the result of any conversation depends on you, the other party, and many factors outside our control. See our Terms of Service for details.
  • Account access for someone other than the registered user. For your safety, we will only act on requests from the email address registered on the account.
  • Restoring deleted data after the retention window. Once data has aged out of our systems per the Privacy Policy retention schedule, it cannot be recovered.
